Anton has a passion working with people and providing solutions.

Anton is the director / owner of KLW Plumbing, Maintenance & Construction CC as well as Anton's Plumbing Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
Anton has years of practical, hands-on experience of the plumbing trade and has mastered specialised high pressure drain cleaning (Jet clean-outs),specialised visual drain camera inspections and specialised leak detections (internal and external).
Anton is also responsible for new installations (including all sanitary-ware, pipe-work, valves, geysers, colonics systems and drains);
Maintenance, repairs, servicing and testing of all sanitary plumbing and potable water supply piping which includes solder work, pipe-works, burst pipes, all geysers, all blockages, drains, valves, construction and plumbing related renovations;
In addition to the above, Anton also has experience with the interpretation of building plans, sheet metal, Heatpumps and Solar repairs / installations.
Anton has experience in both residential and commercial plumbing applications, such experience also includes the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of water reticulation systems, main water supplies and main drainage systems of large residential properties.

Charlet manages all key accounts, budgets and financial accounts, salaries and wages, client portfolios, Human Resources, full recruitment and selection process, training and skills development, PR and business development, marketing and promotional material, BBBEE and Corporate Social Responsibilities of the business.
Charlet is the corporate brand ambassador and is responsible for developing the business and building the brand. She upholds the professional profile of the business as well as maintains memberships and registrations of all staff. She is the custodian of all marketing facets of the business, which includes continuously improving the business by promotion and producing effective strategies in line with the company objectives (including the maintenance of professional standards and social media profiles).
Charlet is dedicated to improve and uphold the 'involvement' and 'transparency' of the organizational culture that encompasses the core values of the business and contributes to the unique social and psychological environment staff operate in.
Further to the above, Charlet's dominating passion is to build long term relationships with clients, enhance the business, improve morale and empower employees.

Cathy is our very friendly and attentive office lady that assists in delivering the business from a customer's perspective, being helpful and calm during a plumbing emergency is of utmost importance and eases the process in offering advise / solutions and resolving the problem in a timeous manner during a frustrating situation. She ensures that the client’s journey is dealt with in a smooth and adequate manner from the first point of contact to project completion.
Cathy is diligent and moves quickly to action, she is proactively involved in all customer requests and appointments, team commitments and daily operations, ensuring start to end customer satisfaction.
Cathy has excellent communication and computer skills and has years of experience working with people. Her background consist of invoicing and report writing, office management and general administration, diary management and operations, managing rental portfolios for a large group of clients and dealing with tenants.
